PHILIPPINE SEA (March 14, 2022) Cryptologic Technician 3rd Class Zach McNamara (facing backward), from Mt. Juliet, Tenn., and Lt. j.g. Bryan Gropp (facing forward), from Sugar Hill, Ga., conduct Visit, Board, Search and Seizure (VBSS) training on the flight deck of Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76).
