    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, the 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, speaks to Marines attending a First Sergeants Course at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Feb 28, 2022. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps spoke to the class to share his insight on command leadership and to answer questions from the class.
