The 38th Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. David H. Berger, speaks with Marines assigned to Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Blaz during a visit to the base, Feb. 23, 2022. The purpose of the visit was to receive updates about the construction of MCB Camp Blaz as well as speak with senior government and military leaders on Guam. During the visit, Berger, who was accompanied by the 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, participated in meetings with Government of Guam officials, as well as received briefings from senior leaders from MCB Camp Blaz and hosted a town hall with all Marines from the base.
