JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Feb. 25, 2022) – U.S. Army Private Michael Hall, assigned to 163rd Transportation Detachment, loads a case of water into a car in support of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam’s (JBPHH) residents.
