Retired Master Sgt. Stuck served honorably for 20 years in the Marine Corps as a aviation precision measurement equipment repair technician and a career recruiter.
The Marine Corps runs through his veins as there has been a Marine in his family for the past 157 years.
“Being in the Marine Corps has taught me more things than I have time to explain,” said Stuck, a native of Aurora, Colorado. “The most impactful lesson I learned in the Marines is how to be a successful leader. How to lead and win in austere environments and maintain close ties to those you lead. I will always remember that you lead people and manage things.”
Stuck is now a successful business owner and credits the Marine Corps for setting him up.
“Having been exposed to small unit leadership, managing workloads, inspecting and maintaining processes, sales management and training as well as marketing strategies has been better exposure than any classroom could provide,” said Stuck.
