Lt. Christopher Walton, U.S. Navy chaplain, delivers the invocation during a change of command ceremony for the blue crew of Ohio-class guided-missile submarine USS Ohio (SSGN 726) on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, Washington, Feb. 17, 2022.
