John Gumbleton, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Budget/Director, Fiscal Management Division, N82 Office of the Chief of Naval Operations conduct a livestream panel on sea service resources and budgeting with U.S. Coast Guard Rear Adm. Mark J. Fedor, Assistant Commandant for Resources and Chief Financial Officer and Joseph P. Mulloy, former Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Integration of Capabilities and Resources during the WEST 2022 Conference at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, Feb. 16, 2022. Throughout WEST 22, leaders from the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard discussed modernization efforts and future concepts that support the Sea Services' operations.
