The Ratchet 33 plaque is on display in the Hurlburt Field Air Park Feb. 17, 2022, at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Four Air Commandos perished when a U-28A Draco, callsign Ratchet 33 crashed near Camp Lemmonier, Djibouti on Feb. 18, 2012.
