SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 2, 2022) - Vice Adm. Yancy B. Lindsey, commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), speaks with USO volunteers aboard U.S. Naval Base Guam (NBG), Feb. 2.
NBG is one of 70 installations worldwide overseen by CNIC, providing services to the fleet, fighter, and families. On the second day of his visit to NBG, Lindsey engaged with Sailors and base personnel, toured security facilities, the CDC, and USO.
