NAVAL BASE GUAM (Feb. 1, 2022) –Vice Adm. Yancy Lindsey, Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), speaks to Master-at-Arms onboard U.S. Naval Base Guam (NBG) as part of an official site visit Feb. 1. NBG is one of 70 installations worldwide overseen by CNIC, providing services to the fleet, fighter, and families. While at NBG, Lindsey was briefed on the installation and tenant commands' missions, toured facilities including Polaris Point, Unaccompanied Housing, and various wharves and piers. Lindsey also met with other Department of the Navy civilian personnel.
