SOUTH CHINA SEA (Jan. 28, 2022) Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Flavius Zahran, from Washington, Ga., signals to the pilot of an MH-60R Seahawk helicopter, assigned to the “Raptors” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 71, aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111).
