An entry control point is being constructed on the outskirts of Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., Jan. 28. As part of the demolition and construction contracts; and to facilitate the large number of construction equipment that will be entering and exiting the site; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District is sequestering a part of the base and limiting entry to the construction site to a separate entry point from the main base gates.
