Maj. Gen. Charles Costanza, 3rd Infantry Division commanding general, and Brig. Gen. Jean-Pierre Fague, 3rd Infantry Division deputy commanding general of readiness, receive tour of unoccupied hangar on Hunter Army Airfield, Jan. 24. Dating back to the 1940s, many of the installation's older facilities are being scheduled for renovation or replacement. During the tour, Costanza also visited the construction sites of new, 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade hangar and support facilities.
