The ImpactLife Blood Center in the Quad Cities area has an ongoing critical shortages of the following blood types: O positive, O negative, B negative, and AB negative and are hosting drives on Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois, where a recent blood drive brought the mobile donor bus to the U.S. Army Sustainment Command headquarters. The Army encourages its employees to volunteer as candidates for any of the variety of medical donor programs, including blood, bone marrow, and organ donor/transplant programs.
