U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. La Donna Winston, assigned to the 11th Security Forces Squadron on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, stands watch while her partner clears a room during a training event at the Metropolitan Police Academy, Washington, D.C., Nov. 24, 2021. Winston participated in the direct-to-threat portion of the training event that included fast-paced tactical team movements to assess known and unknown threats. During the training, participants conducted building searches, room clearing and tactical team movements.
