Iraqi army officers pay final respects to Sgt. Samuel Kelsey, assigned to Company E, 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, during a ceremony held at Forward Operating Base Iskandariyah, Dec. 16. Kelsey was killed Dec. 13 while trying to render aid to a fellow Soldier who was wounded by a pressure plate-initiated improvised explosive device during a dismounted patrol.
