A U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon takes off from Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jan. 4, 2022, to participate in joint interoperability training with a variety of aircraft, to include U.S. Air Force E-11A Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) and U.S. Marine F/A-18 Hornets. Complex missions such as these increase aircrew’s abilities across U.S. Central Command’s area of responsibility, ultimately strengthening the lethality of the total force.
