A military or law enforcement officer in olive green uniform is seated outdoors operating what appears to be a drone controller with a hooded monitor screen. The individual is wearing a white N95 face mask, a garrison cap, and has a US flag patch on their right sleeve along with a gold oak leaf insignia. The setting appears to be an open gravel area with mountains and utility infrastructure visible in the background.
