U.S. Air Force Capt. Ari Niro, commander, 380th Expeditionary Communications Flight, deployed to Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates, instructs U.S. Army soldiers assigned to the 1st Battallion, 44th Regiment Air Defense Artillery unit, based out of Fort Hood, Texas, during a CrossFit session here on December 8, 2021. The fitness session provided a unique and light-hearted opportunity for the Air Force and Army to work together in the joint environment.
