Partnering with the Defense Logistics Agency’s Robotic Process Automation Program, DLA Aviation analysts created a bot to identify and cancel post award requests where no further action is needed that reduces post award administrators’ monthly workload. DLA became the first federal organization to develop unattended bots, which execute tasks and interact with systems without human involvement, in 2018.
