Scott Hardy is rung ashore at the Commander, Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO) change of command ceremony held at CFAO White Beach Naval Facility, Okinawa, Japan Dec. 16, 2021. Hardy was relieved by Capt. Patrick Dziekan, completing his tour as CFAO commanding officer.
