    During their culminating event, Soldiers from the 25Q High Tech-Regional Training Site Tobyhanna reclassification site in Tobyhanna, Pa attach an antenna to a High Capacity Line of Site Nov. 22, 2021. They use this HLCOS to set up a secure network allowing them to make a conference call to the HT-RTS commandant.
