YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 16, 2021) Capt. Chase Sergeant, commander, Task Force (CTF) 71 and Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, presents the Battle Effectiveness (“E”) award to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76).
