Shade Munday along with 3rd Brigade Combat Team command team Col. Justin Reese and Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Hall present Soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division with their awards for winning the Army Award for Maintenance Excellence.
The AAME is awarded yearly to recognize exceptional accomplishment in maintenance, as demonstrated by 3-8 Cav.
