Members of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command's Strategic Operations and Plans (SOaP) Team and the 14th Human Resources Sustainment Center said goodbye to their families, friends, and teammates during a deployment ceremony at Fort Knox, Kentucky, Dec. 3 2021. The SOaP Team is comprised of Soldiers and Department of the Army Civilians that are deploying to the United States Central Command area of operations where 1st TSC provides sustainment mission command and executes anticipatory operational-level sustainment support to Army, Joint, Interagency, and Multinational Forces.(U.S. Army photo by Spc.
