Phoenix, a finance officer assigned to Task Force Spartan, lights the candle on a menorah during a celebration of the second night of Hanukkah at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, on Nov. 29, 2021. Hanukkah, also known as the Festival of Lights, is an eight-day holiday that reaffirms the paragons of Judaism. Soldiers and members of the community were able to celebrate the holiday each night at the religious affairs center on the camp.
