Tomas Novotny (right), Slovak Country Liaison Officer, and the four inaugural Slovak air force F-16 student pilots, hang the mileage marker sign indicating the number of miles from Tucson, Ariz., to Bratislava, Slovakia. The Slovak air force is replacing their obsolete Mig-29 fighters with F-16 Block-70s and is training in the U.S. with instructor pilots from the 162nd Wing.
