During a training exercise, State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) members search the basement of a cabin in the mountains of Banja Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Nov. 2, 2021. The training event was part of a culmination of exercises organized by U.S. Army Special Forces to evaluate and provide feedback on the Republika Srpska's Anti-Terrorist Unit, Federal Ministry of Interior Special Service Unit and SIPA's abilities to share information and work together to promote interoperability.
