(Nov. 30, 2021) – Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Director William Lietzau presents the DCSA Program Executive Office (PEO) Charter certificate to Terry Carpenter at a ceremony recognizing and authorizing Carpenter as the PEO’s first executive officer. As PEO, Carpenter will maintain the DCSA perspective in managing programs and apprise agency leaders of program status while providing oversight and leadership over the portfolio of DCSA information technology system acquisition programs.
