Mike Gilday, left, speaks with Intelligence Specialist 3rd Class Haleigh Paul, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. 10th Fleet’s (FCC/C10F) Blue Jacket of the Year, during a tour of FCC/C10F headquarters. Paul was recognized for her contributions research, production and dissemination of Daily intelligence briefs and commander’s read books, which directly influenced the decision making of worldwide operations. She also created detailed standard operating procedures to alleviate ambiguity, enhance situational awareness, and prevent oversight of vital exercise responsibilities across five watch teams during Large Scale Exercise 2021. FCC is responsible for Navy information network operations, offensive and defensive cyberspace operations and space operations.
