Service members assigned to the 350th Civil Affairs Command Functional Specialty Team speak with herdsmen about questions they have in regards to the health of their donkeys and goats. The service members participated in a veterinarian civic action program in Gabla Galan, Djibouti, vaccinating more than 500 goats bringing the grand total to more than 8,000 goats. The VETCAP also treated donkeys and camels in the area. The 350th CACOM falls under the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
