Alameda, CA (Nov. 8, 2021) Rear Adm. John A. Schommer, Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC), escorted by Capt. Roberto Dumlao, commanding officer, Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Alameda, tours spaces and addresses Full Time Support (FTS) Sailors on his visit. Schommer has visited multiple NOSCs thanking FTS Sailors and discussing their role in mobilization readiness. CNRFC is responsible for Navy Reserve readiness, oversight, manpower management, logistics, financial management, mobilization and training of nearly 60,000 Sailors in executing operational support and warfighting missions.
