U.S. Air Force pararescuemen assigned to the 212th Rescue Squadron, Alaska Air National Guard, leap from a CH-47F Chinook operated by Detachment 1, Bravo Company, 2-211th General Service Aviation Battalion, during a training event at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Nov. 3, 2021. The training featured units from the Alaska Air National Guard and Army National Guard as they practiced rescue and recovery operations, utilizing two different aircraft and four parachute systems, along with 25 jumpers and 65 total parachutes.
