Niebel, Commanding General, Marine Corps Installations East, and members of the Montford Point Marine Association, cut the ribbon during a ribbon cutting ceremony for the reopening of the Montford Point Marine Museum at Camp Johnson, N.C., Nov. 5, 2021. The Montford Point Marine Museum was renovated after sustaining damage from Hurricane Florence in 2018.
