A group of eight Airmen with the 901st Special Operations Aircraft Maintenance Squadron created a video for their leadership discussing issues they face within the career field at Hurlburt Field, Florida, Sept. 20-24, 2021. They drew a metaphor to express their feelings, such as being overworked with little recognition.
