Marines with Task Force Koa Moana 21 worked with the Civic Action Team 36-05 and members of Operations in the Pacific Islands to support the Palau Ministry of Health and Human Services. Task Force Koa Moana 21 is custom-built to increase the operational capability of partner-nation security and law enforcement forces, as well as the institutional capacity of other organizations and agencies.
