Frizzel, explosive ordnance disposal technicians with Task Force Koa Moana 21, I Marine Expeditionary Force, change the batteries of an Emergency Integrated Life-Saving Lanyard that was modified to detect underwater-unexploded ordnance using side scan sonar in the coastal waters of the Republic of Palau, Oct. 12, 2021.
