    U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, N.J., Oct. 27, 2021. The ceremony was organized by the Vietnam Veterans of America, New Jersey Shore Area Chapter 12. The Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office escorted the cremains of World War I veterans: Peter P. Feel, Frank Kurtz, Stephen R. Matthews and his spouse, Elizabeth B. Matthews, Walter W. Powell, and Harry L. Smith, along with World War II veteran Richard H. Kutzleb. Since 2011, New Jersey Shore Area Chapter 12 have worked with funeral homes and the Missing in America Project to identify unclaimed cremains of veterans.
