NAVAL BASE GUAM (Oct. 15, 2021) - Guam Area Ombudsmen were recognized during an awards ceremony hosted by the U.S. Naval Base Guam Fleet and Family Support Center at the NBG Theater. This year was the 51st anniversary of the Navy Family Ombudsman, since the program’s inception by Adm. Elmo Zumwalt on Sept. 14, 1970.
