U.S. Marines with Maritime Raid Force, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), conduct fast rope drills from a MH-60S Seahawk aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44), Oct. 21, 2021. LSD 44, a support vessel for the 22nd MEU and Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) 6, is underway for PHIBRON-MEU Integrated Training (PMINT) in preparation for future deployment.
