CARIBBEAN SEA - (Oct. 19, 2021) – Sailors conduct a precision anchorage evolution on the fo’c’sle aboard the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15), following the ship’s departure from Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Oct. 19, 2021.
