U.S. Navy Ensign Matthew Cooper, left, and Lt. j.g Joshua Ruiz, right, both assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command, San Diego, use a chair lift to transfer Lt. Kristen Harrison, center, assigned to NMRTC, Balboa, California, onto a bed during safe patient handling training at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center during the COVID response operations in Spokane, Washington, Oct. 17, 2021. The medical team trained throughout the day using multiple patient devices to safely and securely move individuals onto their bed.
