Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Troy E. Black, addresses Marines assigned to Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, before a night time raid as part of Assault Support Tactics 4 (AST-4), during Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course 1-22, at Auxiliary Airfield II, near Yuma, Ariz., Oct. 12, 2021.
