SAN DIEGO (Oct. 4, 2021) Capt. Kim Davis, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) San Diego’s commanding officer (left), and Capt. All corpsmen are to maintain HMSB proficiency and demonstrate the HMSB skills in a clinical setting at least every 2 years.
