Fishermen assist members of a U.S. Navy Fleet Surgical Team by carrying medical supplies from a CH -53E "Sea Stallion" helicopter arriving from the amphibious assault ship USS Tarawa (LHA 1). Tarawa is conducting humanitarian assistance/disaster relief efforts in response to the government of Bangladesh's request for assistance after tropical cyclone Sidr struck their southern coast, Nov. 15. The Department of Defense effort is part of a larger U.S. response coordinated by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
