Royal Danish Air Force Detachment Commander Maj. Niels Bækgaard addresses participants ahead of the 2nd Danish Contingency (DANCON) held on U.S soil at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, Sept. 23, 2021. Over 150 Airmen, Soldiers, coalition partners, and members from the community participate in a DANCON March of 15.5 miles while carrying 22 pound rucksacks.
