Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune honored National Hispanic Heritage Month with several key events during the month of September.
NMCCL’s Diversity Committee hosted a talk show with Hispanic and Latino staff members who shared with the audience their experiences, cultures,
traditions, and how they have each helped make a difference in the U.S. Navy.
NMCCL’s Galley also hosted a lunch in honor of the observance and offered meal options rich in Hispanic cuisine.
NMCCL’s Commander, Executive Officer, and Command Master Chief stepped up to the food line to help serve staff during the lunchtime meal.
