Philippine Army soldier practices sighting in with a Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided (TOW) missile system and Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS) aboard Fort Magsaysay, Philippines. U.S. Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office personnel worked with soldiers from the Philippine Army 7th Infantry Division during a train-the-trainer course on the TOW missile system and ITAS.
