WASHINGTON – Rear Adm. Jennifer S. Couture, commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), addresses midshipmen of the George Washington University Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Capital Battalion in GWU’s Veteran’s Memorial Park. NROTC is overseen by Couture, an alumnus of GWU, and her NSTC staff.
