SCHRIEVER SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. — U.S. Space Force Col. Matthew Holston,
Space Delta 8 - Satellite Communications and Navigational Warfare commander, provides remarks during the grand opening of the Positional Training Emulator on Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, Sept. 17, 2021. DEL 8 was activated July 24, 2020 and it provides Satellite Communications, Position, Navigation and Timing signals, and ensures the focal point for U.S. protected and assured military SATCOM, providing the only global utility for PNT signals to both warfighters and civilian users.
